10-Meter Endless Heavy-Duty Conveyor Belt System
Ensure seamless bulk material handling and continuous operational flow across industrial, agricultural, and quarrying sites with the 10-Meter Endless Heavy-Duty Conveyor Belt System. Designed for high-capacity material transport, this continuous-loop (endless) belt eliminates mechanical splicing weaknesses -delivering smooth tracking, exceptional tensile strength, and long service life under rigorous working conditions.
Key Features & Highlights
10-Meter Endless Loop Design: Factory-vulcanized endless construction eliminates traditional metal mechanical fasteners, ensuring a completely smooth surface transition over rollers and pulleys without snagging.
Heavy-Duty Multi-Ply Fabric Core: Reinforced with high-tensile synthetic plies (EP or NN weave) designed to withstand high belt tension, heavy impact loading, and minimal elongation over long spans.
Abrasion & Weather-Resistant Cover: Manufactured with premium rubber compound outer covers resistant to abrasive wear, cuts, gouges, moisture, and UV exposure.
Optimized Tracking & Flexibility: Engineered for excellent troughability and stable tracking across standard idler roll configurations, reducing edge wear and maintenance downtime.
Versatile Bulk Material Handling: Ideal for transporting aggregates, sand, gravel, coal, agricultural grains, and industrial waste materials efficiently.

Safe Operating & Maintenance Guidelines
Safety Notice: Moving conveyor machinery presents severe entanglement, nip point, and heavy-load hazards. Always lock out / tag out (LOTO) power supplies before performing maintenance, inspection, or installation.
Pre-Installation Inspection: Ensure all conveyor rollers, pulleys, and idlers are clean, aligned, and free of sharp debris before fitting the belt.
Tensioning & Tracking: Install the 10m endless belt over the drive and tail pulleys. Adjust the take-up mechanism to achieve proper tension—avoiding over-tensioning which strains bearings or under-tensioning which causes slippage.
Startup Testing: Run the conveyor empty for a full revolution to verify smooth tracking across the center of the idlers. Adjust tracking idlers if lateral drift occurs.
Loading Practice: Load materials centrally onto the belt using proper chutes to minimize side-loading, impact shock, and premature edge wear.
Routine Maintenance: Periodically inspect rubber covers for wear, check pulley alignment, and clear accumulated buildup around return rollers.
