Safe Operating & Maintenance Guidelines

1. Placement & Clearance: Place the generator on a flat, level outdoor surface at least 1.5 meters away from structures or combustible materials.

2. Oil & Fuel Service: Verify engine oil levels prior to every start (capacity: 1.5L of appropriate 4-stroke engine oil). Fill the 25L tank with fresh unleaded petrol—do not overfill or attempt to refuel while the engine is running or hot.

3. Electrical Connections: Connect loads only after starting the generator and allowing the engine to warm up to stable operating speed (3000 RPM). Do not exceed the continuous rating of 11.5 kW.

4. Electric Starting Procedure: Turn the fuel valve on, set the choke lever (if cold), engage the starter key switch to start, and disengage the choke once running smoothly.

5. Shutdown Sequence: Disconnect all electrical appliances and tools, allow the engine to idle un-loaded for 2 minutes to cool down, and turn the key switch to the "OFF" position.
