2" (50mm) Chemical & Sea Water Petrol-Driven Transfer Pump (Honda GP160 Engine)
Handle aggressive chemicals, liquid fertilizers, salt water, and high-salinity agricultural or marine fluids reliably with the 2" (50mm) Chemical & Sea Water Petrol-Driven Transfer Pump. Driven by a high-efficiency Honda GP160 4-stroke petrol engine, this heavy-duty corrosion-resistant utility pump is purpose-built with a reinforced PA66 plastic pump body and carbon-ceramic mechanical seal to withstand harsh corrosive environments without degrading or leaking.
Key Features & Highlights
Corrosion-Resistant PA66 Plastic Body: Engineered with glass-filled PA66 (Polyamide 66) thermoplastic pump casing and internals, specifically designed to resist aggressive liquid chemicals, sea water, and agricultural liquid fertilizers.
Honda GP160 Petrol Engine: Powered by a reliable 4-stroke Honda GP160 petrol engine, ensuring easy recoil starting, quiet operation, and consistent performance across demanding sites.
Carbon Ceramic Mechanical Seal: Outfitted with a premium carbon-ceramic mechanical shaft seal, delivering superior seal durability and preventing fluid leakage during continuous chemical transport.
High-Flow Performance: Features standard 2" (50mm) inlet and outlet ports, capable of delivering up to a 35-metre total head lift and an 8-metre suction head lift.
Portable Protective Steel Frame: Mounted inside a rugged tubular steel roll frame for maximum component protection, vibration damping, and easy job-site handling.

Safe Operating & Maintenance Guidelines
Safety Notice: Internal combustion engines produce toxic carbon monoxide exhaust fumes. Operate outdoors only in well-ventilated areas, away from doors, windows, and air intakes. Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles, and protective footwear when transferring chemicals or corrosive liquids.
Pre-Start Priming: Always fill the pump casing completely with clean fluid through the top priming plug before starting the engine. Running the pump dry will destroy the carbon-ceramic mechanical seal.
Fluid Verification: Verify chemical compatibility with PA66 thermoplastic and carbon-ceramic materials prior to pumping. Flush the pump casing with fresh water immediately after pumping sea water or corrosive chemicals.
Engine Oil & Fuel: Check engine oil level and fill the 3.5-litre fuel tank with fresh unleaded petrol before starting. Never add fuel while the engine is running or hot.
Hose Connections: Ensure all 2" (50mm) suction and discharge hoses are securely clamped with airtight seals to maintain an effective 8-metre suction lift.
Routine Storage: Drain all liquid from the pump housing after use, especially in freezing weather or before long-term storage, to prevent casing damage or internal crystallization.
