1. Positioning & Stability: Position the concrete mixer on a firm, level surface. Block the wheels securely before starting operations.

2. Electrical Connection: Connect the unit strictly to a certified, grounded 525V electrical supply point equipped with suitable breaker protection.

3. Pre-Start Inspection: Inspect the V-belt (A-48) tension, confirm all safety guards are secured, and ensure the drum interior is free of debris.

4. Operation Sequence: Start the motor with an empty drum. Add water, aggregate, and cement progressively into the rotating drum to avoid overloading the motor.
