Safe Operating & Usage Guidelines
Safety Notice: Operating heavy construction machinery involves mechanical and engine hazards. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, steel-toe boots, and ear protection.
Site Placement: Position the concrete mixer on a firm, level surface and engage wheel brakes or chocks to prevent movement during mixing.
Pre-Start Check: Inspect engine oil and fuel levels. Ensure all safety guards and belt covers are securely in place before starting.
Engine Startup: Turn on the fuel valve, set the choke, and pull the recoil starter firmly to ignite the Honda engine. Allow it to idle briefly.
Loading & Mixing: Add measured quantities of water, aggregate, and cement while the drum is rotating to prevent motor overload and ensure an even mix.
Discharging: Use the tipping wheel mechanism to carefully pour mixed concrete into wheelbarrows or forms.
Cleaning & Shutdown: Shut down the engine after use, thoroughly wash out the drum to prevent concrete hardening, and store the unit in a dry environment.
