Safe Operating & Maintenance Guidelines

Safety Notice: Internal combustion generators produce hazardous carbon monoxide gas and high temperatures. Operate strictly outdoors in a well-ventilated location, positioned well away from windows, doors, and building air intakes. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety boots.

  1. Outdoor Positioning: Place the generator on a flat, level, solid surface outdoors with adequate clearance from surrounding structures and flammable materials.

  2. Fluid Checks: Inspect engine oil levels (1.65L capacity) and fill the 12.5-litre fuel tank with clean diesel fuel prior to startup. Never refuel while the engine is running or hot.

  3. Electrical Connection: Connect electrical loads only after starting the generator and allowing the engine to reach stable operating speed. Do not exceed the maximum rated output limits.

  4. Electric Starting Procedure: Turn the fuel supply valve on, engage the electric starter key switch to turn over the engine, and allow it to warm up.

  5. Shutdown Procedure: Disconnect all connected appliances, allow the engine to run unloaded for 2 minutes to cool down, and turn the key switch to the "OFF" position.

  6. Routine Maintenance: Regularly check and clean air filters, monitor engine oil levels, and keep the starting battery charged and secure.
