Safe Operating & Maintenance Guidelines
Safety Notice: Internal combustion diesel generators emit toxic carbon monoxide exhaust and produce extreme heat. Operate strictly outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from doors, windows, and building air vents. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and steel-toe boots.
Outdoor Setup: Position the generator on a level, solid surface outdoors with at least 1.5 meters of clearance from surrounding structures or flammable materials.
Fluid Checks: Check engine oil levels (1.65L capacity) and fill the 16-litre fuel tank with clean diesel fuel prior to startup. Never refuel while the engine is running or hot.
Electrical Setup: Connect loads through certified 380V three-phase plugs or distribution systems, ensuring electrical loads are balanced across all phases.
Electric Starting Procedure: Turn the fuel supply valve on, turn the key switch to activate the electric starter via the 36Ah battery, and allow the engine to idle and reach operating stability before switching on circuit breakers.
