The EURAST refrigerated ingredient display unit is designed for the storage and presentation of chilled food ingredients. The unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel on both the interior and exterior and includes a tempered glass display enclosure fixed to the refrigerated base.

The refrigerated unit accommodates nine GN 1/3 gastronorm containers with a depth of 150 mm, which are included. It operates within a temperature range of approximately 4°C to 8°C and uses a static cooling system. Temperature settings are managed through a digital electronic thermometer and thermostat.

The display case is enclosed on three sides with tempered glass and includes a glass top shelf. Four adjustable feet are provided for positioning and leveling the unit.
