The EURAST refrigerated tapas display case is designed for the storage and display of chilled food products. The unit features a curved tempered glass front, stainless steel interior and exterior construction, and a flat glass top surface. It is designed to accommodate four GN 1/3 gastronorm containers with a depth of 40 mm, which are included.

The display case operates within a temperature range of 2°C to 6°C and uses a compressor-based cooling system with automatic defrost. Temperature settings and defrost functions are managed through a digital electronic thermostat and thermometer.

The unit includes LED interior lighting, removable sliding rear doors for cleaning access, and non-slip feet for stable positioning. Static cooling is provided by a copper evaporator coil integrated into the insulated base section.
