Safe Operating & Usage Guidelines
Safety Notice: Cutting concrete and asphalt produces high vibration, extreme friction, and silica dust. Always wear full personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, a dust mask/respirator, heavy-duty work gloves, ear protection, and steel-toe boots.
Pre-Operation Check: Inspect engine oil and diesel fuel levels. Verify that the 400mm diamond blade is correctly mounted, tightly secured, and rated for the engine's operating speed.
Water Supply: Fill the integrated water tank or connect an external hose line. Ensure water flows freely to both sides of the blade before initiating cuts.
Engine Startup: Disengage the blade drive, set the engine throttle, and start the diesel engine according to starting procedures. Allow the engine to warm up.
Cutting Operation: Align the saw pointer with your cutting line. Lower the spinning blade slowly into the concrete using the handwheel until reaching the desired depth, then walk the unit forward smoothly.
Post-Operation: Raise the blade completely out of the cut, allow the engine to idle for cooling, turn off the engine, and flush water lines to clear concrete slurry.
