Safe Operating & Usage Guidelines
Safety Notice: Core drilling through reinforced structural materials involves high torque and wet conditions. Always wear full personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, waterproof gloves, ear muff protection, and steel-toe boots.
Rig Mounting & Anchoring: Securely anchor the drill stand to the wall or floor using drop-in anchors or vacuum mounts before attaching the core motor.
Water Supply Connection: Connect a clean water supply to the water feed coupler and open the control valve slightly to prime the core bit.
Core Bit Attachment: Thread the selected diamond core bit onto the spindle shaft using standard wrenches, ensuring thread tightness.
Operation: Switch on the motor at zero load, allow it to reach full rotational speed, and apply steady, continuous pressure using the stand handle.
Post-Drilling: Raise the drill assembly, turn off the water supply, turn off the power, and carefully extract the core plug from the diamond bit tube.
