Maintain uncompromised fire suppression capability and peak operational readiness with the High-Pressure Firefighter Unit with Honda Engine. Driven by a commercial-grade Honda GX-series engine, this heavy-duty mobile unit is engineered for agricultural land protection, forestry management, municipal emergency response, and remote job-site fire control, delivering high-pressure water delivery and long-run reliability.

Key Features & Highlights

  • Honda Commercial-Grade Engine: Powered by an ultra-reliable, four-stroke Honda engine (such as the Honda GX160 / GX200 series), offering easy starting, fuel efficiency, and smooth, low-vibration operation during critical emergency use.

  • High-Pressure Water Pump System: Paired with a robust high-pressure brass/piston or multi-stage pump designed for high-head performance, long throw distance, and effective water misting/smothering.

  • UV-Stabilized Polyethylene Tank: Mounted on a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant poly tank engineered to withstand extreme outdoor conditions, rough handling, and off-road transport.

  • Complete Hose Reel & Variable Nozzle: Includes a dedicated heavy-duty hose reel loaded with high-pressure hose and an adjustable fog-to-jet nozzle for versatile flame suppression and spot-fire management.

  • Rugged Steel Frame / Skid Mount: Built on a powder-coated heavy-gauge steel skid frame with integrated wrap-around roll cage bars to protect the engine and pump assembly during transit and operation.

Safe Operating & Usage Guidelines

Safety Notice: High-pressure firefighting equipment produces substantial recoil and line pressure. Always wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  1. Mounting & Inspection: Securely mount the skid unit onto a pickup/bakkie bed or flatbed trailer before operation. Check engine oil and fuel levels.

  2. Water Supply & Priming: Ensure the suction line is submerged in clean water or connected to the supply tank. Open the main water intake valve.

  3. Engine Startup: Turn on the engine switch, set the choke and throttle levers according to Honda engine starting guidelines, and pull the recoil starter firmly.

  4. Pressure Adjustment: Adjust the pressure bypass valve to the desired operating pressure once the engine reaches running temperature.

  5. Fire Suppression: Unwind the hose reel, select the suitable nozzle stream (jet stream for distance, fine fog for smothering flames), and direct water at the base of the fire.

  6. Post-Operation: Idle the engine, turn off the ignition switch, open the bypass valve to relieve line pressure, drain water from the pump head in freezing weather, and neatly rewind the hose.
