Storage & Safe Handling Guidelines
Safety Notice: Cement powder reacts exothermically with water and becomes strongly alkaline. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, a dust mask, heavy-duty gloves, and steel-toe work boots during handling and mixing.
Storage Environment: Store cement bags off the ground on raised wooden pallets in a dry, covered, and well-ventilated enclosure.
Moisture Protection: Keep bags protected from rain, dampness, and high humidity. Do not stack bags directly against uninsulated concrete walls or ground surfaces.
Handling Procedures: Lift with proper posture using your legs, not your back, to avoid strain when handling 50kg bags.
First Aid Precaution: In case of eye contact with dry powder or wet mortar, wash immediately with clean running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
